We Cater for functions of 80 – 300 people – we are open to discussion on numbers outside this range, we do much more at all day markets and festivals
We bring everything we need, the only thing is if we can plug in to power, this would be preferable to running the generator.
Our space is 3x6 metres, we just need somewhere relatively flat to set up, we may or may not put up the marquee depending on weather conditions
We would arrive 1.5 – 2 hours prior to service, this allows us time to set up and to get the pizza oven up to operating temperature (between 300-350 degrees Celsius)
Generally we would serve the pizza onto a buffet style table that your guests would help themselves to whatever they like, we have beautiful wooden paddles that we serve the pizza on and labels so people can see exactly what each pizza has on it.
Presuming we are close to the service table we can see how busy or quiet things are and can regulate the cooking of pizza’s accordingly and co-ordinate delivery directly to your guests (no need for waiting staff)
We can cook up to 70 pizzas per hour comfortably
$17 pp - all items from Standard Menu
